If you find something suspicious what do you do? How will you contact me?

We place a personal phone call to you at the telephone number that you provided on the My Profile page to discuss the suspicious activity with you to determine if the activity is fraudulent. If we only have an email address, we will send you an email. If you recognize the activity, then we update your file. If the activity is potentially fraudulent, then we will advise you as to the steps you need to take to protect your identity.
