I just downloaded my VPN on my mobile device and after downloading, it says it is a 10 day trial. Is that right?

No. Your membership in CruiseClub.com includes the VPN with your fee. The email address used on the mobile app needs to be the same as the email address you used to enroll in CruiseClub.com. If they are not the same, a trial is created. Please uninstall the app, then reboot and reinstall the app and use the same email address you used to enroll.
