Digital Safe will attempt to refresh from time to time. Here is what you need to do so you don’t time out and have to re-sign in:

Go Back to your Privacy Portal page by clicking on Privacy Portal on your navigation bar at the TOP. Go to your First Defense tools in the Privacy Portal and click on SECURE EMAIL & DATA VAULT. This will bring you right back into your Digital Safe Email and REFRESH at the same time.
